A letter From USTC

I have talked with Ni Huaiguang and here is the summary of what we talked about:

1. The reason for delaying sending AF the list of candidates is because USTC is doing all teacher's awards from different sources together, the detailed of some of them were not received until after the summer vacation.

2. For this year, they'll try to get it done by the end of August, as soon as they can get all related persons together to have the final meeting.

3. In the future, they'll try to separate the processing of AF's Teacher's Award from other sources so that a list will be ready in June (arround the start of Summer vacation)
