  1. Guideline and focus
     USTCAF will work with USTCSV and other regional alumni networks to
      > Promote USTCAF (reach more people, increase donation rates)
      > Support USTC's (students, teachers and alumni)
      > Network (recognize developments from USTC and its alumni)
 
  2. Fund raising
     how many alumni to reach?
     what is the rate of response (donation)?
      
  3. Quarterly publishing of "USTCer" or "USTC alumni"
     Format: PDF
     Contents: Events and activities, Access the accomplished, alumni update by departments, Life in North America, Reconnection etc.
